Camping with Lori

As I've mentioned elsewhere, Lori was the one who introduced me to the idea of dogs for adults and I've never been more grateful. Dogs in general and Buzz in particular have made my life so much more than it would have been without them. It's really exhilarating to have a constant companion who thinks that every idea you have is the best idea you ever had! Anyhow. Lori came up and she and Buzz and I went camping.
Our first stop was in Weed, at our property up there. One of the great things about it is the wonderful view of Mt Shasta.
I had to throw in this picture of our camper. It was the first time Buzz had spent the night in it, I think and we couldn't figure out the right place for him to be. He didn't sleep on our bed at home, so he wasn't comfortable in our beds in the camper, so he ended up on his bed on the floor where we tripped over him any time we got up.
Buzz in the Shasta River.
Since Lori's from Arizona, we needed to get her to the ocean, and Buzz likes playing in the sand, so off we went.
It was foggy when we got there but
the sun came out for Lori and Buzz before we left.
